Currently users only need to pass KYC in very specific cases. It is a legal requirement for certain types of wallet activities, rewards and tournaments. While KYC is available in our wallet app, you do not need to complete it to use the app.
The only players who need it are those who:
- Won a reward from us and were contacted via our official mailbox regarding delivery or answered by one of our agents via the ticket.
- Or Opensea participants (only Epic players). Those who send NFTs from OTG to Opensea and those who receive it from Opensea have to complete the KYC process.
No one else needs to undergo the KYC process.
However, for those who do, we have gathered some tips and suggestions to help you with your verification.
Can I pass KYC on all my accounts?
Your KYC process can be completed only on one account because your ID/legal documents cannot be reused by you or anyone else in another KYC process.
Thus, we urge users to be very careful and verify only on the account intended to be used on Opensea or tournaments.
Which countries/territories are unsupported?
While we love all our players equally, some countries have very specific rules and regulations surrounding certain game features - thus blocking the KYC process. Here is the current list of all the unsupported countries and territories:

Where can I find the supported documents for my country?
The list of supported documents by Sumsub (KYC tool) is available here.
However, supported documents also depend on the regulations of the country where the company is registered - in our case it's Singapore.
That is why for some countries certain documents might not be allowed to be used; for example, UK driver's license despite being present on the Sumsub's list.
Overall, we strongly suggest using passport/ID card/residence permit for the verification.
- ✅ Use a recent utility bill or bank statement from a major institution
- 🚫 Avoid screenshots, scanned screens, or heavily edited files
- 📥 Prefer original PDFs or scanned paper copies with clear details
Why was my document rejected?
🔹 Document must be:
- In high quality: not damaged, stained, cropped, or edited – In JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, under 50MB.
- An original scan or photo of the document in good lighting (📵 no screenshots or photos of screens).
🔹 Document must clearly show:
- Full name
- Full residential address
- Document issue date
- Name or logo of the issuing organization
I see a message saying “resubmission requested”.
It means that some of the information provided by you was missing or incorrect, but you can try again. Please carefully check the list of supported documents per country and the section above 'Why was my document rejected?' and try resubmitting the form.
I've tried multiple times, but I got blocked/cannot pass?

If you are one of the Tournament/competition winners:
In that case, please contact our Support using the KYC ticket category under GUNZ Wallet or Off the Grid. Please briefly describe your case and include any visual proof of errors.

KYC from our wallet app (Opensea):
If the KYC was rejected with no resubmission message, there is no additional attempt.
Please note that in case of rejection, our Support Team is not authorized to intervene in the wallet KYC process, as it is handled by a dedicated compliance team in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Can I share my KYC form with Support to check why I haven't passed?
We appreciate your contact, but we insist you do not send us your KYC forms in your tickets or on socials (!)
It's enough for us if you describe the situation and we will never ask you to share the form.
I was contacted by the user on Discord/email asking about private information for the KYC.
As the saying goes 'never trust a stranger'. We will never ask you for any sensitive data directly, especially on socials. Our company and/or our Support will use only official channels such as Support ticket or official company mailbox.
