We are doing our best to make our products bug free and as convenient to use as possible. However, based on incoming tickets, our users contact us more often asking about certain issues listed below:
No goods are arriving in my wallet/my game doesn't start.
TECHNOCORE requires GUNZ wallet to be installed on the same device. Both apps need to be using the same email address or AppleID on iOS devices.
My game crashes when I try to play.
If the system requirements of TECHNOCORE are not met, the game will crash or refuse to launch.
- For Android:
Version 10 and up and minimum Samsung S20. - For iPhone/iPod Touch:
iOS 14.0 or later and minimum iPhone 11 Pro. - For Apple Vision:
VisionOS 1.0 or later.
Sometimes when you launch the app or try to install it, you will automatically see a message that your device is not supported. In such case, our Support cannot change it. However, we are constantly working to make our apps available on more devices.
My transactions are getting blocked.
Please try disabling your phone's VPN, close all the other background apps and try again.
My game suddenly closes or doesn't work properly.
There are few steps that you should follow:
- Try adjusting the game settings to low.
- Please make sure that your phone's software is up to date.
- Clear the cache of TECHNOCORE and GUNZ wallet:
- If that didn't work, please reinstall both apps.
I want to use Gmail login on my iOS device.
Currently there is no such option and users need to use their AppleID for both the wallet and the game.
